Welcome to the Club!

Universal Love is a skill-building program that promotes healthy relationships. Whether the relationship is between you and your romantic partner, your family members, or friends, it is important to practice healthy forms of love that are consensual, respectful, and simply enjoyable. This is a 4-day challenge where you get to explore different components of a healthy relationship and how you can implement and practice them for your own.

The Nitty Gritty

There will be 4 sets of challenges throughout the duration of this online program. Each challenge will focus on a theme relating to building healthy relationships. Participants who complete the following will be eligible for a chance to win a gift basket at the end of the program:


  1. ) Pre-Assessment
  2. ) Complete 3 out of the 4 logs from the challenges
  3. ) Post-Assessment

Note to Us:

Love starts with you. Developing a healthy relationship with yourself can improve mental well-being. Let us be more kinder to ourselves by writing our own positive affirmations. Affirmations can be written in forms of just words, as a note, and even as journal entries. Once finished, post it on a place where it is easily visible to you.

Drawing the Lines

Consent is establishing boundaries and it is important to create these boundaries in any relationship. Once you establish those boundaries, make it clear to both yourself and the other party. Your voice holds a lot of power and we encourage you to take control of yourself and feel empowered.

Green and Red Flags

Love comes in all forms but it is important to recognize and distinguish the different signs of a healthy and unhealthy relationship. One Love Foundation is a national non-profit organization with the goal of ending relationship abuse. After viewing the links below, fill out the google Completion Form.

How do you practice love? Practice a different way from how you show love (A way that your partner, friend, and/or family express their love). It is important to explore the different languages and your own to better communicate what it is that you and others need to feel love, appreciation, and stability.
